Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager, NAM
Responsibilities
- Govern SEM campaigns for North America and Latin America through paid search channels (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, etc.).
- Precision targeting focusing on brand awareness, consideration, optimization, and acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing director and regional advertising managers to optimize campaign performance.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize to achieve key growth metrics.
- Collaborate creatively with the editorial teams to develop and test ads and destination pages to improve quality scores and click-through rates.
- Partner with product marketing managers to ensure relevant keywords cover all offerings.
- Coordinate with growth, product, data, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
- Share insights on latest research trends to boost overall team performance.
- Manage relationships with key search engine providers like Google and Bing.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of SEM account management experience for a B2B brand, preferably internal.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
- Data-driven approach with experience in dashboard configuration and analytics tool usage.
- Proven track record in prospect generation through paid search, achieving CPL, qualified opportunities, and ROAS targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance internal and external team processes.
- High level of autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B internal search marketing experience in HR or fintech sectors (advantage).
- International experience in geographic targeting and multilingual/multiregional campaigns.
- Practical experience with media buying measurement tools and testing methods.
- Integration of workflow, tool, and automation technology driven by AI.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (considered a significant advantage).
