About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align paid advertising efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid advertising
- Work closely with designers to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid advertising roles
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven tools for campaign optimization and analysis
- Fluency in multiple programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Experience with video and social media advertising

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
