Senior Growth Strategist (B2B Paid Ads)

Compensation Breakdown

Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Selling to new prospects in a consultative manner, educating them on how to hit their marketing and business goals with the help of KlientBoost.
• Working on a mix of inbound and outbound leads.
• Getting in-house subject matter experts to join your sales calls to help increase close rates.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of marketing service sales experience in an agency setting.
• A Performance Marketing background (can confidently discuss Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative Strategy).
• Experience in a handful of paid ads platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc).
• An entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset & very adaptable.
• A hunter “teaching yourself to fish” mentality.
• Great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented.
• Professional curiosity at the core.
• Strong familiarity with HubSpot & various Sales tools/platforms.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Amazed and fascinated with marketing - always trying to improve knowledge and experience.
