Senior or Principal Civil Engineer

About the role

Lead in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure project safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
