Responsibilities
- Manage complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable solutions.
- Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop detailed design documents and specifications.
- Oversee construction phases and ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Proficient in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation).
- Knowledge of environmental impact assessment processes.
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
