Senior or Principal Civil Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing and overseeing civil engineering projects that enhance infrastructure and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage budgets and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
