About the role
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of project management within the US Operations team. This includes managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
