For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager- Richmond, VA/Virginia Beach, VA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own strategic execution across a complex multi-state territory, with a focus on driving commercial growth in oncology. The position will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, translate market and field insights into actionable territory plans, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to address clinical, operational, access, and reimbursement priorities. The ideal candidate will bring strong oncology sales expertise, the ability to present complex clinical information with confidence, and a track record of supporting successful product launches in a highly competitive market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $198,000 – $253,500 annually Responsibilities Drive strategic execution across a complex multi-state territory to ensure commercial growth. Expand relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to promote oncology therapies. Utilize advanced analytics to refine territory strategies and influence planning activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions for clinical and operational challenges. Represent field insights during brand planning discussions to drive tactical innovation. Identify market trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs in the territory. Lead collaboration with access and reimbursement teams to enhance strategic initiatives. Qualifications BS/BA degree in a related field with 9 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of oncology sales experience required. Experience in launching products essential. Strong representation and relationship management skills.
