Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

Role: Assist members through the full real estate loan process, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong communication with members and third-party partners. Responsibilities Include Achieving sales goals by following up on pre-approvals, assisting with loan applications, and providing product recommendations.Obtaining feedback, reviewing supporting documents, and guiding members on requirements.Initiating outbound calls, visiting branches, participating in seminars, and building relationships with realtors and title companies.Locking rates, managing loan timelines, and delivering high member service.Participating in training and mentoring team members on loan processes. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; must meet or have met NMLS requirements.Minimum 3 years related experience or relevant training.Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations, financial statements, credit reports, title reports, insurance, and appraisals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Ability to interpret regulations, structure loans, and deliver excellent member service.
