About the role
Assist members in the full real estate loan process, from initial needs assessment to loan closing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by following up on pre-approvals
- Assisting with applications
- Providing product guidance
- Obtaining feedback
- Reviewing documentation
- Explaining requirements
- Initiate outbound calls
- Visit branches
- Participate in seminars
- Build relationships with realtors and title companies
- Lock rates
- Manage loan timelines
- Support team members through training and mentorship
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet NMLS requirements
- Minimum 3 years related experience or training
- Knowledge of lending regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Understanding of financial statements, credit reports, title reports, and secondary market guidelines
