We are hiring for the following Senior Mental Health Counselor Masters positions at Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK!

Currently available schedules: full time, 1.0 FTE, Day, Evening, and Night shifts; 40 hours per week.

$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of the clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center.
• Provides direct client care services in all assigned areas that includes assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy.
• Aids leadership in the development and maintenance of standards of practice, development of quality services and new programs.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical skill and serves as a resource for other clinicians.
• Consults, educates, critically inquires, directs/mentors personnel.
• Plans and provides client, family, peer and community education and coordinates services with other health care professionals including interaction with physicians or ARNP responsible for the care of the client.
• Follows an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and be competent in specialty areas, support program goals.
• Promotes program goals and objectives while modeling philosophy and values.

Requirements

• Master's Degree Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field.
• Upon hire: Alaska Masters Social Worker License, Alaska Clinical Social Worker License, Alaska Professional Counselor License, Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Alaska Psychologist License.
• 5 years Clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field.
• Alaska Masters Social Worker License, Alaska Clinical Social Worker License, Alaska Professional Counselor License, Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Alaska Psychologist License.
• 5 years Clinical experience.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
