Senior Marketing & Team Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a high-performing professional to support the Head of Sydney North Sales market leader, Tom Appleby. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the North Sydney Commercial Sales team and wider business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and create marketing materials using InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Support the National Director and team of agents to produce agency documents for sales transactions.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and sale proposals.
• Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
• Experience using Indesign and Canvas is strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Professional communication skills.
