Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

The Senior Marketing Associate role is critical to the development of Synergetics' new marketing function. This role will own the company's content engine, including the editorial calendar, writing, and distribution of content that builds the brand and provides Managing Directors with sharper tools.

Responsibilities

• Editorial calendar: Persona-based, mapped to messaging and content pillars targeting three priority audiences (Private Equity Operating Partners, Value Creation leads, sponsor-firm MDs).
• Long-form content: Thought leadership pieces, white papers, and case studies.
• Case studies: Year-one priority, highest-leverage credibility asset for the buyer set.
• Distribution on LinkedIn: Posting content from the company LinkedIn page.
• Newsletter: Strategy, production, and growth, working with the designer on design and execution.
• Sales enablement copy: MD talk tracks, outreach email sequences, one-pagers, and cases as required.
• SEO and GEO content strategy: Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and SEO/GEO vendor to ensure content shows up where buyers are looking.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in B2B content marketing, ideally in professional services, consulting, financial services, or another expertise-heavy environment.
• A strong writer with a portfolio of long-form work, including thought leadership, case studies, and executive content.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in your actual writing and editorial workflow.
• Comfortable interviewing senior partners or Managing Directors and translating their expertise into clear, sharp prose.
• Strong editorial judgment and account-based, sales-aware mindset.
