About the role

This position is an Onsite role based out of our St. Louis, MO. office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with brokers to schedule and prepare for in-office meetings
  • Support brokers and sales assistants with listing inquiries and day-to-day activities
  • Aid in preparing listing pitches, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Assist with incoming calls and provide responsive client service
  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines across the team
  • Maintain databases, records, correspondence, and client activity reports
  • Provide administrative support, including file management, invoicing, and office coordination
  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal, marketing, and business documents
  • Execute marketing campaigns, maintain distribution lists, and track campaign performance
  • Create presentations, reports, charts, graphs, surveys, and market analyses
  • Manage the planning and execution of internal and external events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, professional services, marketing, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 4 InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision
  • Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
  • High degree of professionalism and passion for success
  • Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with database management and marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
