Senior Client & Marketing Coordinator
About the role
This position is an Onsite role based out of our St. Louis, MO. office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with brokers to schedule and prepare for in-office meetings
- Support brokers and sales assistants with listing inquiries and day-to-day activities
- Aid in preparing listing pitches, presentations, and marketing materials
- Assist with incoming calls and provide responsive client service
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines across the team
- Maintain databases, records, correspondence, and client activity reports
- Provide administrative support, including file management, invoicing, and office coordination
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal, marketing, and business documents
- Execute marketing campaigns, maintain distribution lists, and track campaign performance
- Create presentations, reports, charts, graphs, surveys, and market analyses
- Manage the planning and execution of internal and external events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, professional services, marketing, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 4 InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision
- Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
- High degree of professionalism and passion for success
- Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with database management and marketing campaigns
