About the role
Join our team as a Senior Marketing & Proposal Coordinator and take on a role that spans both proposal development and broader marketing responsibilities. You'll support marketing and pursuit efforts to advance a team that is rapidly growing and support an evolving market. Build strong relationships with technical staff and leadership, manage competing priorities, and help keep both day-to-day execution and larger growth initiatives moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage proposals, presentations, and qualification statements for regional offices, coordinating technical and graphic staff as well as outside sub-consultants
- Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into all submittals
- Support the marketing director and regional business leaders with business development, client research, and new client development initiatives
- Develop and maintain firm qualifications materials for key pursuits and track marketing activity logs and reports
- Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, public relations, and conference and event participation for the region
- Maintain and drive business development conversations using CRM dashboards to indicate active pipeline, opportunities, and target clients
- Represent regional interests as part of the corporate proposal management group
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 5+ years of proposal management and writing experience in the AEC industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex proposals with multiple contributors and tight deadlines
- Strong command of English grammar, editing, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Experience supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
- Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Suite a plus
- Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
