Responsibilities
- Identify and find opportunities within the online quoting journey.
- Design and execute A/B tests.
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with analysts, customer strategists, and business leaders to improve testing methods, enhance data quality, and build consistent processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience.
- Or a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience.
- Or a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 years of analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and/or other statistical analysis techniques.
- Advanced SQL programming skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex programs.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization through charts and graphs.
- Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights through compelling narratives and visualizations that help stakeholders understand key findings and recommendations.

$81,400 - $108,500/year

This is a remote position requiring occasional travel for meetings and/or training.
