Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within the Renters and Umbrella digital and voice sales experience
- Develop A/B testing methodologies
- Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with analysts, customer strategists, and business leaders to bring consistency to testing methods
- Improve data quality, identify data gaps, and enhance reporting capabilities
- Define data requirements
- Support the development and optimization of reporting datasets and dashboards
- Ensure that experimentation results can be measured through scalable, reliable data solutions
- Drive momentum across Vehicle Voice+ initiatives
Requirements
- Must-have Qualifications: A minimum of six years of analytical work experience. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with A/B testing methodologies and/ or other statistical analysis techniques. Advanced SQL programming skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex programs. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization through charts and graphs. Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights through compelling narratives and visualizations that help stakeholders understand key findings and recommendations.

Pay
$81,400 - $108,500/year
Schedule
This is a remote position requiring occasional travel (quarterly) for meetings and/or training.
