Senior Marketing Performance Analyst
About the role
As a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst, you will architect the measurement strategy for CoreWeave. You will define the "why" and "what's next" rather than just reporting on what happened. You will partner with Growth, Events, and Operations teams to build and expand a cohesive metrics framework that tracks the buyer’s journey from the first digital touchpoint to a closed-won deal. Your mission is to ensure every dollar spent on events and digital tactics is measurable, optimized, and aligned with our long-term revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Growth, and Demand Gen teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance frameworks, reporting hierarchies, and custom attribution models to determine marketing’s impact.
- Lead the annual and quarterly target setting process using historical conversion data to build "reverse funnel" forecast models that tell us exactly how much traffic and lead volume is required to hit sales targets.
- Analyze the performance of integrated campaigns, comparing the high-touch ROI of field events against the high-volume efficiency of digital channels (SEM, Paid Social, Content Syndication).
- Move beyond dashboards to deliver executive-level narratives. Present weekly updates, monthly/quarterly business reviews to Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Design A/B testing frameworks to measure the impact of digital and event tactics and continuously improve marketing ROI.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven, agentic insights across the marketing organization to enable faster, smarter decisions.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B marketing analytics, marketing/revenue operations, or consulting/creative agencies that support marketing. Understanding the nuances of the B2B "buying committee" and the "big deal" sales cycle. Communication: Ability to translate "data speak" into "business speak" for non-technical stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to change minds and influence decision-making of key Marketing and Sales leaders. Experience with: CRM/MAP, Visualizations, Data, Attribution.
Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM and MAP data structures.
- Experience with Tableau Desktop.
- Ability to define requirements for integrated data sets from disparate data sources.
- Experience defining and utilizing multi-touch attribution tools.
Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $143,000 to $210,000.
- Total Rewards Package: Discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending account, health savings account, tuition reimbursement, mental wellness benefits, employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave, flexible PTO, and more).
