The Role

In this role, you’ll tackle complex Marketing initiatives with impact across the entire Go-To-Market funnel. Reporting to the Dir. of GTM Business Technology, you’ll partner directly with Leaders in Marketing and Sales to identify growth opportunities, drive process/system evolution, and accelerate execution across the org.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in embedding AI into how our GTM organization operates—identifying high-impact use cases, redesigning workflows, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Ops, Marketing Operations BizTech, supporting multi-segment multi-product SaaS GTM motion (SMB + Enterprise, or PLG + Sales-led)
  • Experience changing the way work is done by synthesizing complex operational data and reports into compelling strategic narratives, for senior leadership
  • Strong analytical, system design, and documentation skills; able to translate business needs into scalable technical workflows.
  • Hands-on experience administering Hubspot, Salesforce, Clay and Apollo
  • Proven ability to design automated workflows, operational processes, and scalable cross-system integrations.
  • Fluency in AI-driven tools or agentic workflows to automate GTM tasks and enrich firmographic and demographic data
  • Direct communicator with the operational discipline to document what you build and bring others along on changes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment; you scope the problem, then move
