Senior Marketing Manager, Media (Oncology | LVL)

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated media plans across Digital, Addressable, Video, TV, Search, and Point of Care channels for HCP and DTC audiences.
- Assist in translating brand objectives into media tactics and activation plans that align with commercial goals.
- Coordinate day-to-day media execution activities, including campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, tracking, and quality assurance.
- Work with agency partners to ensure campaigns launch on time, are optimized appropriately, and meet established performance expectations.
- Support campaign reporting and performance reviews by compiling insights, identifying trends, and escalating optimization opportunities.
- Help implement media measurement frameworks and tracking standards in partnership with Analytics, Technology, and agency teams.
- Apply enterprise media processes, platforms, and operational standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and data quality.
- Collaborate with Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and Technology teams to support compliant media execution.
- Maintain awareness of media industry trends, platform capabilities, and emerging opportunities relevant to pharmaceutical marketing.
- Support pilot programs and test-and-learn initiatives by helping coordinate execution, gathering results, and documenting key learnings.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and reporting consistency.
- Assist in managing agency deliverables, timelines, and status updates across assigned brands and campaigns.
- Ensure all media activities comply with regulatory, privacy, security, and pharmaceutical marketing requirements.
- Travel: Up to 20% domestic travel annually to support agency, partner, and internal business meetings.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of HCP and DTC marketing/media experience
- Or Master’s degree and 4 years of HCP and DTC marketing/media experience
- Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of HCP and DTC marketing/media experience
- Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of HCP and DTC marketing/media experience
- Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of HCP and DTC marketing/media experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in paid media, marketing, or advertising with exposure to media planning, activation, execution, and performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation (HCP and DTC), media planning, customer journey activation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience supporting integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including Video, TV, Search, Programmatic, Social, and Point of Care.
- Strong understanding of media measurement, reporting, and performance analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience partnering with media agencies and external vendors to support campaign planning, activation, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Effective collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams, including Brand, Analytics, Technology, Medical, Legal, and Agency partners.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey media insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex information and contribute to informed business decisions through clear, data-driven storytelling.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn emerging media platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and support operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating change while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Preferred experience working within a media agency, pharmaceutical company, healthcare organization, or related industry.

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
