Responsibilities
- Support the creation of consumer campaign strategies that build brand awareness and engagement
- Lead the implementation of innovative consumer digital marketing strategies and programs built on the foundation of what consumers need and how they behave
- Collaborate across the consumer team to use information and data to create and optimize strategies and campaigns
- Manage creative projects and digital media activations with our consumer and media agencies ensuring best-in-class media planning, execution, and performance
- Partner with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing materials
- Collaborate within the Truqap cross-functional teams to maximize synergies and ensure alignment of consumer marketing initiatives
- Effectively manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility
- Absorb and evaluate new partnerships and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of total commercial healthcare experience, at least 2 years of consumer healthcare marketing, oncology product marketing experience preferred
- Product launch experience preferred
- Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgets
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues
- Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/or exceeding objectives

Benefits
- The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,200- $226 840
- In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles)

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,200- $226 840.
