- Leverage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio) to monitor site performance, engagement, and conversion across key pages and funnels.
- Analyze user journeys, engagement patterns, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and continuously optimize the site.
- Partner with analytics and content teams to establish KPIs for traffic, engagement, and conversion, and report on progress through regular dashboards and presentations.
- Evaluate page and campaign launches using quantitative (heat maps, click maps, funnel analysis) and qualitative (feedback, session recordings) insights to improve performance over time.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance UX and business impact.
- Develop and execute a test-and-learn agenda focused on improving traffic quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing initiatives — from hypothesis to experiment design, execution, and insights.
- Partner with analytics and UX to prioritize tests that deliver measurable impact and contribute to a culture of continuous optimization.
