About the Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will step into a highly strategic and influential leadership role engineered to design, scale, and govern the organization's global compensation, equity, and benefits portfolios. This position serves as a primary architect of total rewards strategies that directly support a high-growth, publicly traded technology environment. By aligning total rewards with overarching business goals, the Senior Manager will ensure the organization remains highly competitive in attracting, retaining, and motivating elite global talent while maintaining strict alignment with corporate governance, financial plans, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of competitive, equitable compensation and benefits frameworks tailored for a diverse global workforce
  • Command the annual global compensation benchmarking process, driving the execution of annual salary, bonus, and equity review cycles with analytical precision
  • Establish and protect absolute data integrity, system optimization, and regulatory compliance across all global compensation, benefits, and HR information systems
  • Parenth cross-functionally with executive HR leaders, Finance, and Business Unit heads to model headcount planning, resource allocation, and complex equity grant reporting
  • Oversee and streamline employee leave-of-absence policies, ensuring seamless processing, payroll synchronization, and integration with disability and state/local pay benefits
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on global, federal, state, and localized compensation laws, proactively mitigating regulatory risks
  • Drive and champion major organizational initiatives, including the rollout of new total rewards programs, policy updates, and structural workforce changes
  • Coach, mentor, and elevate HR business partners and recruiters, empowering them to confidently communicate the organization's total rewards philosophy and value proposition to current and prospective employees

Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive, professional experience specializing in Compensation or Total Rewards, with a strong preference for tenure within a publicly traded corporate environment
  • Proven, hands-on experience in job architecture design, evaluation, implementation, and long-term governance
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-national rewards and benefits programs, supported by advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen, paired with a solid grasp of corporate governance, public company equity structures, and financial forecasting
  • Exceptional program management capabilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-priority total rewards projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex compensation data into clear, persuasive narratives for executive stakeholders

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target baseline salary framework for this position across the United States is $148,000 to $222,000 USD per annum. Final onboarding salary structures are calibrated dynamically based upon a comprehensive evaluation of the finalist's specialized technical skills, geographic location, and historical Total Rewards leadership tenure. Highly lucrative total rewards package includes eligibility for performance-based merit increases, annual cash bonuses, equity/stock awards, and applicable sales incentives tied to overall corporate and individual milestones.
