Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning & Workforce Intelligence
About the role
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning & Workforce Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape workforce strategy by translating business priorities into actionable headcount and talent decisions. You will lead planning processes across annual and quarterly cycles, partnering closely with finance and senior leaders to ensure the organization has the right capabilities in place. The position also plays a central role in people analytics, using internal and external data to identify talent gaps, evaluate labor market conditions, and inform business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into workforce decisions and recommendations
- Coordinate annual and quarterly workforce planning processes with finance and leadership
- Conduct workforce analytics using internal and external data sources
- Perform talent gap assessments and labor market evaluations
- Develop dashboards for tracking headcount and workforce planning metrics
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in workforce planning and analytics with proven results
- 4+ years managing workforce planning programs in collaboration with business leaders
- 3+ years of experience in people analytics within an HR function
- Proficiency in analytical platforms such as Workday, Tableau, and Power BI
- BA/BS or MS in a quantitative field such as statistics or economics preferred

Pay
$112,000 – $140,000 annually
