Responsibilities
- Build and lead enterprise workforce planning capabilities and operating models
- Partner with FP&A to develop forecasting and scenario-planning models
- Redesign cross-functional processes related to workforce planning
- Manage data infrastructure and create reporting tools for workforce insights
- Influence stakeholders to embrace new frameworks and models
- Deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations on workforce strategy
- Collaborate with Finance on headcount governance and budget planning
Qualifications
- 6+ years in FP&A, business/data analytics, management consulting, or similar roles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; SQL and BI tools preferred
- Experience building forecasting or scenario models from scratch
- Prominent track record of streamlining broken processes into scalable systems
- Strong influencing skills to drive change without direct authority
- Ability to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
