Senior Manager, Strategic Project / Program Management

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within an operationally complex logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional software programs from inception to market adoption
• Develop prioritization strategies and recommend trade-offs to Directors and AVPs
• Proactively identify and address program scope drift with executive sponsors
• Establish governance structures to expedite decision-making and resolve dependencies
• Ensure delivery milestones and KPIs are consistently monitored throughout the program lifecycle
• Serve as the escalation point for the most challenging programs, influencing key decisions
• Lead capability-building initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the PMO

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience delivering large, complex enterprise programs independently
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing team members
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex program details
• Fluency in Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and emerging technology
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft 365

Pay

$122,600 – $204,400 annually
