Airlines experience mandatory, Nice to have Experience with Hangar/DOJO/Training. Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Program Management to lead project planning and governance ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.
Job Description
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans including defining scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are aligned with overall business strategy.
Monitor project progress regularly, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
Facilitate transparent communication and coordination among all stakeholders to maintain alignment and manage expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and governance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams to embed best practices in project planning and governance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Implement and enforce project governance policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular project status reviews and report updates to senior management.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review deliverables and gather feedback.
Ensure all project documentation and artifacts are accurate, complete, and accessible.
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
