Skill Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional certification
- Knowledge of materials handling, warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfillment or distribution center operations, and supply chain logistics
- Knowledge of automation projects involving machines, robotics, controls, and software
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Business accounting and contracts knowledge
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Leadership skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
- Strong organization and collaborative skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required, particularly during project go-live events
Responsibilities
- Manages a team of Project Managers
- Write and administer Performance Reviews
- Complete yearly Goal Setting for his/her team
- Manage Project Management team process and Procedure adherence to Wynright standards
- Manages material handling automation projects involving a wide variety of equipment, machines, software, controls, and technologies
- Plans, executes, and completes material handling equipment projects involving structures, conveyors, machinery, controls, and software
- Manages project financials and project resources, often in multiple locations
- Manages relationships and contracts with multiple partners and vendors
- Creates and maintains a documented project plan and schedule; keeps complete records of every project including a change log, action items, issues and risk monitoring log
- Follows Wynright standards for documentation and software development
- Provides verbal and written updates to projects, including in-scope deliverables, project issues, and risks

Pay
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Some travel may be required
