Senior Manager, Product

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Product to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide the strategy and roadmap for a digital consulting platform that blends product thinking with human expertise. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, field feedback, and implementation insights into a prioritized backlog and service model. The position will also support go-to-market alignment and help shape a differentiated offering in an evolving technology services market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,800 – $261,360 annually Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for the digital consulting platform Translate customer needs and field feedback into a prioritized product backlog Partner with Content & Knowledge to assess product readiness from captured implementation knowledge Define the service catalog model for consulting offerings in the platform Coordinate with product teams to align consulting product offerings Maintain relationships with customers and design partners for feedback Monitor market trends in consulting technology and professional services to inform product differentiation Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility, including managing product managers 4+ years of experience leading product teams with a proven track record in talent development Experience developing digital and AI-enabled platforms from concept to launch Understanding of hybrid product models combining digital tools and human services Strong business acumen linking product decisions to revenue and customer value Experience collaborating in integrated product development with engineering and go-to-market teams Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience Benefits Opportunity to lead and grow a team in a transformative role Access to a collaborative work environment geared towards innovation Engagement in pioneering a new digital consulting model Professional development opportunities within a leading tech company Collaboration with industry experts in multiple sectors Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
