Senior Manager, Operations Strategy and Transformation Services

About the role

The Operations Strategy team within Operational Services plays a critical role in driving transformation across the firm, advancing initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and enable enterprise-wide strategic programs. As a Senior Manager, Operational Services, Strategy & Transformation, you will operate at the center of this work, partnering closely with senior leaders to bring strategy to life through disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape operational performance and business outcomes.
• Translate high-level strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans, defining scope, milestones, ownership, and dependencies, while building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Navigate ambiguity, apply structured thinking, and maintain momentum across competing priorities as you guide initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions, proactively identify risks, and drive solutions that keep workstreams on track.
• Develop materials that influence decision-making and ensure transparency across leadership.
• Reinforce a collaborative, accountable culture by aligning partners, facilitating productive discussions, and supporting the development of team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering against complex milestones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with data and develop insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level materials.
• Experience managing projects or workstreams from planning through execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive mindset.
• Demonstrated success translating analysis into execution, ensuring insights and recommendations are converted into actions that advance strategic priorities.
• Experience aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes across cross-functional teams through effective communication, influence, and collaboration without direct authority.
• Success transforming complex, evolving challenges into clear strategies, actionable plans, and meaningful results.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree a plus.
