Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, establishing clear expectations, providing timely feedback, and supporting individual development and career growth.
- Own a portfolio of recurring reports, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, enhancements, and internal requests supporting Operations, Customer Success, Clinical, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure reporting commitments and internal requests are completed accurately, within agreed timelines, and in accordance with established requirements and quality standards.

- Establish consistent metric definitions, reporting standards, documentation, reusable assets, and governance practices across the team’s workstreams.
- Develop and monitor delivery, quality, throughput, capacity, and backlog metrics and use results to improve team performance and stakeholder service.
- Contribute to analytics function planning, roadmap development, resource forecasting, process improvement, and the balance of reactive requests with proactive analytics.
- Promote data fluency by educating stakeholders on metric definitions, report interpretation, appropriate data use, and available self-service capabilities.
