We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Wonder" then "About The Opportunity". The job title is Sr. Manager, Operations Analytics. We should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse content: There's description about role, impact, etc. Could map to sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (the impact and duties), Requirements/Qualifications (education, experience), Skills (technical skills), Benefits, Pay (salary range), Schedule (hybrid model). Also maybe "What You Bring To The Table" is qualifications. "Got These? Even Better" is preferred qualifications. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, accommodation note, contact note, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Company description: "About Wonder Everything’s on the menu at Wonder. Except compromise. Wonder is the mealtime platform built to feed every craving in one order. With Wonder, you can mix and match hundreds of dishes from 20+ exclusive restaurants in a single order, so everyone gets exactly what they’re craving. Enjoy everything from tacos to Thai with $0 delivery fees, plus dine-in or pick up at a Wonder location near you. Each dish is made to order on-site by our culinary team and served hot. Behind the scenes, Wonder owns and operates every step of the dining experience, from recipe development to the technology that powers our experience, allowing us to deliver quality, variety, and consistency at scale. Join us as we work to make great food more accessible." That's about company; could be part of About the role? Usually "About the role" is a summary of the position. But we have "About The Opportunity" heading. We could treat that as About the role. Use

About the role

and include that paragraph. Then responsibilities: The Impact You Will Make section includes bullet-like paragraphs. We can convert each sentence or bullet into
  • . Let's list responsibilities: - Own Wonder's operational performance management system, leveraging key metrics across sales, labor, waste, guest experience, productivity, and profitability to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. - Define and standardize performance frameworks, business review routines, and leadership reporting that identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities. - Analyze and translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and drive measurable performance improvements. - Prepare Weekly and Quarterly Business Review reporting and provide analysis support for Operations Leadership. - Reporting Strategy: Partner with Operations Leadership to develop the strategy and execute ongoing design, development, and maintenance of operational dashboards, scorecards, models, and reporting tools that provide visibility into operational performance. - Build scalable reporting solutions that prioritize automation, usability, speed, and simplicity for both field and support teams. - Partner with Data Foundations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and aligned to enterprise data standards. - Business Performance Analysis: Serve as the primary analytics partner for Regional Vice Presidents and Market Directors by leading regular office hours, providing consultative support on operational reporting. - Lead the development of models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses that support operational planning and strategic decision-making. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses and facilitate root-cause analysis deep dives with cross-functional partners when operational and business performance variances are identified to quantify business impact and recommend improvement opportunities. - Partner with Finance and Accounting to understand performance drivers and connect operational execution to financial outcomes. - Initiative Measurement & Cross-Functional Partnership: Create measurement plans and reporting mechanisms for pilots, rollouts, and operational initiatives in partnership with Operations, Product, Culinary, Training, Finance, and Data Foundation stakeholders. - Evaluate pilot and rollout performance, quantify operational and financial impact, and provide recommendations that inform scaling decisions and continuous improvement. - Partner with functional leaders (e.g., Director of Workforce Planning, Ops Leadership, Financial Analyst) to translate performance objectives and business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, collaborating with Data Foundations to develop enterprise reporting capabilities and creating self-service reporting tools that enable effective analysis and decision-making. - Operational Analytics Capability & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Learning and Development to develop scalable training and reference materials that enable Managers in Training and field leaders understand Wonder’s operational reporting, KPI framework, and how to use performance insights to improve execution. - Champion the evolution of Wonder's Field Operations reporting capabilities by partnering with Product, Technology, and Data Foundations to deliver increasingly automated, real-time insights that improve operational decision-making. - Drive adoption of Wonder's operational reporting by gathering field feedback, identifying usability improvements, and continuously enhancing reporting tools to better support operational decision-making. That's many items; we can group under Responsibilities. Requirements/Qualifications: "What You Bring To The Table" includes: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, consulting, or a related analytical role. - Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models, forecasts, and conducting business analyses. - Proficiency in SQL with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets. - Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. That's qualifications. Skills: Could be separate but we already have skills in qualifications. Could combine. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections like Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have Skills section listing technical skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker, etc. But we already have them in qualifications; we could still list them under Skills. However we must not duplicate content? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplicating is okay as long as we preserve info. But better to keep qualifications separate and maybe Skills as subset. But we could have Qualifications section covering education and experience, and Skills section covering technical skills. Let's do that. Thus sections: - About the role (company description + opportunity summary) - Responsibilities (impact bullets) - Qualifications (education, years experience) - Skills (technical skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker, analytical/problem-solving/communication) - Benefits (list benefits) - Pay (salary range NYC: $149,000-$157,000 per year, note geographic-specific) - Schedule (hybrid model: 3 days a week in office, up to 5 days) We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Remove EEO, E-Verify, accommodation note, contact note, "A Final Note", "We look forward to hearing from you!", etc. Also remove "As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role." That's substantive? It's a policy about visa sponsorship; could be considered relevant but maybe not required. It's not boilerplate? It's a specific policy. Might keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Visa sponsorship is not EEO; it's a specific policy. Might keep but could be considered legal? It's about employment visa status. Might be considered legal. Safer to remove? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Visa sponsorship is legal. I'd remove it. Also remove "Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you." That's schedule; we keep. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap sections in maybe not required. Just output headings and content. Example:
