Senior Manager, Integrated Media & Marketing

About the role

This position is part of the Integrated Media & Marketing team at Digital Matter, a leading digital agency based in New York City. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our integrated media and marketing efforts across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices in marketing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital space.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SA360, DV360, The Trade Desk, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote and in-office work.

Location/Relocation

While the role is based in New York City, we are open to considering candidates who are willing to relocate if they are not currently in the NYC area.
