You will identify their real needs, pain points, and decision drivers, and translate those insights into compelling product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies to grow our U.S. retail brokerage business.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and retail investor behavior to inform marketing strategies, campaign development, audience targeting, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing budgets, track campaign performance and ROI, and provide data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, investor behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and acquisition marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand representation, and execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial services or retail brokerage.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly stocks, ETFs, and options. Passion for investing and demonstrated ability to engage with retail investors is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, with hands-on investing and trading experience. Frequent traders, active investors, and options traders are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrixed organization.
  • Adaptability, agility, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
