About the role

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing at Exol is responsible for the strategy, creation, and day-to-day execution of GreenBox's social media presence and integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role involves owning how the company shows up across social and campaign channels, collaborating with sales to build awareness that supports pipeline and revenue objectives.

What We Need

  • A hands-on, self-directed marketer with 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of measurable contributions to pipeline or demand.
  • Strong fluency in LinkedIn as a B2B channel, with strong writing and storytelling skills to communicate clearly and credibly to a senior B2B audience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing tooling, including social scheduling and analytics platforms, email/CRM systems, and basic design and content tools.
  • Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience marketing within a sales-led or enterprise deal motion, or within supply chain, logistics, robotics, automation, or related technology categories is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Exol's social media strategy and execution end-to-end, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
  • Create and maintain the editorial calendar, develop and publish content, support executive visibility through ghostwriting and amplification, and manage day-to-day community engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, email, web, content, and events, tying each campaign to defined commercial objectives.
  • Produce and coordinate marketing content across formats, including social posts, articles, short-form video, case studies, and one-pagers, translating customer outcomes, facility capabilities, and company milestones into clear, credible material for prospects, press, and partners.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels, including the company's brand mascot and supporting creative assets.
  • Partner closely with sales and SDR functions to ensure marketing activity supports active deals, providing campaign support, content, and assets that contribute to net-new pipeline rather than awareness alone.
  • Manage Exol's presence at relevant industry events and trade shows, including pre-event promotion, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter across the funnel, from engagement through to pipeline influence, reporting results clearly to leadership and using performance data to adjust and improve programs.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and contractors as needed, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with objectives.

Our Environment

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations, as well as to industry events and company facilities.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
