Senior Manager II, Global Analytics (Hybrid: Chicago, Illinois)

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
- Analyze and interpret analytics solutions and models to translate them into meaningful solutions for clients.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses focusing on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate level of analytic solution/approach.
- Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
- Apply knowledge of the business, industry, and domain to identify, create, and close business opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing teams to improve the relationship.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Previous professional application of statistical analysis across multiple clients.
- Consultative application of analytic solutions to solve business issues.
- Able to engage in a consultative manner across multiple levels.
- Able to present to Vice Presidents and above within and outside Circana.
- Demonstrable ability to coach and lead teams.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and high-level business savvy.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results (financial, client satisfaction).
- Ability to code in R, SAS, and/or Python.
- PREFERRED: Ability to glean and integrate insights from a variety of data sources.
- Ability to manage projects and balance competing client priorities.
- Highly organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
- An advanced degree is preferred.

Benefits
Circana offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The salary range for this role is $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 USD, and this position is eligible for bonus pay.
