About the role

This role is for a Manager or Senior Manager in the Analytics department at Blue Ops. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, building and developing teams, and working alongside high-caliber peers.

Responsibilities

  • Own client engagements end-to-end
  • Build and develop teams of data professionals
  • Work alongside high-caliber peers who push you to grow sharper and faster
  • Communicate with users, customers, and colleagues at various levels
  • Manage engagement execution, including deliverable timelines, economics, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop business cases and KPIs, and translate data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data, consulting, or similar fields
  • Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms such as Azure DataLake, AWS, and Snowflake
  • Advanced expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, and other scripting languages for data manipulation, automation, and querying
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend, and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices; familiarity with M365 applications and their integration with data platforms
  • Strong consulting background — identifying client business needs, delivering data-driven solutions, and leading workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and DevOps practices in analytics or ML deployment

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $108,675 - $190,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Blue Ops offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
