About the team

The First Mile Inventory Flow Advanced Analytics team enhances sourcing and supply chain decisions through data, automation, and analytics. The team builds and maintains tools that offer clear visibility into supply chain alignments, inventory flows, sourcing costs, and supplier information. By automating data validations and streamlining workflows, the team improves data accuracy and reduces manual effort. Their work supports scalable sourcing and inventory optimization processes, enabling business partners to make faster, well-informed decisions that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges through advanced analytics, data modeling, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end projects, including prototype development, algorithm implementation, testing, validation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate across business, product, engineering, and external partners to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions that improve business performance.
  • Ensure data quality and establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of analytics projects.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to first mile and analytics teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects and resources to deliver timely, actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis and data quality management to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders and influence change management initiatives.
  • Thought leadership in analytics, with a track record of applying innovative solutions to business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Preferred: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R).
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
