Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics
Position Summary
The Senior Manager will lead the implementation of business solutions by building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying business needs, and executing key processes and initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Middle Mile optimization along with strong technical capabilities.

Lead the implementation of business solutions by building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying business needs, and executing key processes and initiatives.
Consults with senior leadership business partners to understand overall goals/functional objectives, decipher key business challenges, identify tactics to anticipate and mitigate business challenges/issues, and develop potential success/criteria.
Contributes to business area strategic planning by providing input and actionable recommendations and solutions to senior leadership based on advanced research and analytical findings.
Focuses efforts on items that have maximum impact to the business.
Leads the adoption of AI frameworks to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Develops data models algorithms approaches for complex projects within a business area or category to drive business results and value.
Manages the development and implementation of prototypes and production ready complex algorithms for complex projects.
Manages the testing and validation process to monitor the solution.
Evaluates new data analysis techniques to support prototype development.
Collaborates with cross functional partners such as software engineering, category management on prototypes and algorithms (SQL, Python).
Leads advanced analytics initiatives to solve complex business and technical challenges and enable data-driven decision-making.
Provides strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analytical insights.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans, demonstrating adaptability, and supporting continuous learning.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
- Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R).
- Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics.
