About the role

The Senior Manager, HR Operations will lead the strategic direction and execution of HR operations functions within the organization. This includes overseeing processes related to employee onboarding, benefits administration, talent management systems, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead the annual review process for benefits packages, ensuring alignment with company strategy and competitive market standards.
  • Support the development and execution of succession planning initiatives to ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their integration with other business systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into HR processes is a plus.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence change within an organization.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR operations.
  • Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
