Senior Manager, HR Operations Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 4x/week) Our client, a growing clinical-stage biotechnology company with approximately 100 employees is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director of HR Operations to serve as the right-hand partner to their Head of HR in a highly visible, hands-on role. Responsibilities:Support all aspects of HR in a fast-paced biotech environmentLead HR operations, including benefits administration, HRIS management, reporting, compliance, and process improvementIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve efficiencyAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activitiesServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers across a variety of HR mattersPartner with leadership on organizational growth, people initiatives, and day-to-day HR support Qualifications:7+ years of progressive HR experienceBiotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience requiredStrong HR generalist background with expertise in HR operations and benefitsExperience supporting recruiting and onboardingComfortable working in a lean, high-growth organization where flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
