About the role
Favored is seeking an experienced exec to lead TikTok Shop creator campaigns. This role involves building and managing teams, collaborating with clients and senior executives, and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, including affiliate program integration and best practices
- Lead and manage a team executing a high volume of TikTok Shop creator campaigns
- Work with senior executives to create winning, innovative campaign strategies
- Ensure high-quality campaign delivery and performance
- Manage team workload effectively based on capabilities, priorities and timelines
- Handle and problem-solve team challenges
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new tools, workflows, and strategies
- Train, mentor, and upskill team members
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
- Support individual career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in creator commerce, influencer marketing, or marketing campaign operations
- At least 2 years managing a team
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fit with our collaborative, empathetic, apolitical culture
- Ability to communicate persuasively, oral and written, with clients, Favored executives
- Understanding of how creator affiliates operate, communicate and generate sales
Qualifications

- Relevant experience with a company or agency; being a creator yourself is a plus
