We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Campaign Manager who uses analytics and insight to inform strategic decisions and deliver impactful campaigns. You will bring a consultative approach to your work, thinking strategically while executing with pace and rigour to drive measurable results. With a genuine passion for technology and a keen interest in AI, you will have the learning agility to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving marketing landscape. A natural leader & collaborator, you will be comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across time zones, bringing teams together to achieve shared marketing goals.
Job Description
- Management of the overall Marketing plan, making recommendations on phasing and orchestration across channels & audiences
- Own the Marketing annual budget, interfacing with Finance, managing the forecast/actuals & providing recommendations on optimisations based on activity performance
- Provide a key interface with commercial stakeholders, translating problems / opportunities & demand into marketing briefs & campaign plans
- Partner with the commercial and product teams to provide marketing transparency on timings & marketing outcomes
- Deliver branded & commercial marketing activity across all channels – looking for opportunities to leverage new channels / approaches
- Manage the test, learn and optimise approach for marketing deliverables, embedding a results driven culture
- Lead campaign development for our events & conferences programmes to extend the reach of activity though adjacent content programmes
- Embed the brand within our activity, driving a consistent narrative for Alter Domus
Your Profile
- Data and analytics led to make data-driven decisions
- Passion for technology, and interested in AI with learning agility to get up to speed on new and different topics
- Solutions focused with a consultative approach to think strategically and deliver results at pace
- Strong and demonstrable campaign project management experience while delivering through a range of channels (Activations / Social / Press / AV)
- Thinks strategically and can work pragmatically with others - across timezones
- Strong creative skills – including copywriting across formats – and ability to work with partners to create category leading marketing activity
- A flexible approach to projects, able to work across multiple channels and pivot priorities quickly based on business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven Experience brand building in a small / mid-sized organisation
- Experience working in regulated environments – ideally Financial Services, professional services would be beneficial

Pay
The salary range for this position, based on experience is $180,000 - $210,000
