About the Role

Join HPE’s Corporate Strategy & Transformation team to shape enterprise-wide priorities and support initiatives that redefine how we operate and compete during a pivotal transformation. This role combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution, giving you exposure to senior leaders in Finance and beyond. You will influence HPE’s long-term direction while supporting select initiatives under Catalyst, our flagship transformation program focused on accelerating growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support transformation projects under the Catalyst program that deliver measurable impact across HPE.
  • Drive pan-HPE strategic priorities, including questions on growth, portfolio, and competitive positioning.
  • Support business units and FP&A in developing long-term plans and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including significant time in management consulting in a manager role or above.
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation and corporate strategy.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple functions.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B technology industry or similar sectors preferred.

Skills

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to frame problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analytical Rigor: Comfort with financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Executive Communication: Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.

Pay

The expected salary/wage range for this position is USD 119,500 - 275,000 annually in Texas. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
