Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Develop and manage project plans aligned with critical implementation phases
• Elicit and define project requirements through various methods
• Cook up and manage staffing, deadlines, and client expectations for multiple projects
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and maintained
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to meet development needs
• Act as liaison among stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of related experience, preferably in industry and consulting
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience with full lifecycle application development
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is a plus

Pay

$138,320 – $312,030 annually
