About the role
We're looking for a Sr. Manager of Content & Strategy to join our integrated creative team. This role leads content strategy across campaigns and channels, shaping how the brand shows up across the full consumer journey — from the big idea to where it lands. You're a strategic content leader who develops ideas and defines how they come to life across the business. You move fluidly between concept and execution, bring a genuine point of view, and know how to make both land.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Translate brand strategy and business priorities into content frameworks that guide messaging across channels and touchpoints.
- Own and evolve the brand voice — taglines, scripts, manifestos, campaign copy, social, product, email — adapting to channel without losing its edge.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in marketing, brand, and product to shape campaign narratives and align content with broader organizational goals.
- Develop campaign concepts that connect brand strategy to cultural moments, turning briefs into ideas that feel specific and alive.
- Lead brainstorms. Generate ideas and help others get to theirs.
- Write with visual awareness, collaborating with art directors to develop work where language and image are inseparable.
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to internal and external creative partners, holding the line on consistency and quality.
- Stay current on culture, platform behavior, and the conversations your audience is already having.
- Use performance insights to refine strategy and strengthen future work.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in copywriting with strong campaign concepting experience. Agency background required.
- Demonstrated experience leading content strategy across multiple channels — not just executing copy.
- A portfolio with range: brand voice, social-first thinking, campaign work with real cultural resonance.
- Fluency across formats and platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Visual literacy — you write to the image, not just the brief.
- A collaborative working style with the ability to move across creative, marketing, strategy, and brand without losing momentum.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level, influencing direction and aligning stakeholders.
- Beauty, wellness, or CPG experience a plus.
