Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic priorities and key initiatives for the North America Compliance Program
• Support continuous improvement of compliance operations to align with industry standards
• Manage compliance infrastructure including documents and training records
• Cook compliance governance activities and track action items
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure compliance controls are incorporated
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness across compliance processes
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and reporting for program insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of healthcare compliance experience or 5+ years with a Master's degree
• Advanced degree or compliance certification (CHC, CCEP, JD, MBA) preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance laws, including Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
• Experience developing compliance analytics and monitoring tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Pay

$153,400 – $198,400 annually
