The Senior Manager, Compliance Operations & Analytics is being sourced on behalf of a partner company. This role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to shape a modern, risk-based compliance program within a fast-growing healthcare environment.
About the role
The Senior Manager will act as a strategic and operational partner, helping transform compliance priorities into scalable processes and measurable outcomes. They will combine program management, analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve compliance effectiveness. The role requires translating compliance strategy into practical solutions while improving governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution, optimization, and scalability of compliance initiatives by combining operational expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong stakeholder management.
- Serve as a key operational partner to compliance leadership by executing strategic priorities and managing critical program initiatives.
- Manage compliance infrastructure, including policies, procedures, training documentation, risk assessments, monitoring plans, and governance materials.
- Cook compliance governance activities, leadership reporting, committee meetings, action tracking, and remediation efforts.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects, system implementations, and operational improvements that strengthen compliance controls.
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to provide visibility into program effectiveness and emerging risks.
- Analyze business and compliance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for proactive risk mitigation.
- Enhance reporting methodologies and analytics capabilities to support a modern compliance framework.
- Assist with compliance policies, training materials, communications, and employee awareness initiatives.
- Promote a culture of integrity by improving processes, documentation, audit readiness, and operational consistency.
Requirements
- Experienced compliance professional with strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and a proven ability to operate in complex, regulated environments.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, compliance analytics, auditing, investigations, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA Code, and OIG Compliance Program Guidance.
- Experience developing compliance analytics, dashboards, monitoring tools, and risk-based reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, and operational risk management activities.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, SmartSheet, Visio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments while working independently.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 25%.
