What You'll Be Doing
- Leads delivery and operational support of enterprise business applications, including Oracle Cloud.
- PARTNERS WITH BUSINESS LEADERS TO PLAN, PRIORITIZE, AND DELIVER TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
- MANAGES AND DEVELOPS APPLICATION DELIVERY AND SUPPORT TEAMS.
- OVERSEES VENDORS AND SYSTEM INTEGRATORS TO ENSURE QUALITY, VALUE, AND RELIABILITY.
- ENSURES STABLE OPERATIONS, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, AND SUCCESSFUL SYSTEM UPGRADINGS.
What You'll Need For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive business and/or IT experience in enterprise applications or ERP environments.
- 4–6 years of IT people leadership experience, including oversight of managers or senior individual contributors.
- ERP implementation or enterprise application support experience; Oracle Cloud Applications preferred.
