About the role
The Senior Manager, Association provides strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of large-scale community associations, ensuring excellence in operations, financial management, governance, and administrative performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to association boards on compliance, policy, and long-term capital planning
- Direct budget development, reserve fund management, and vendor partnerships
- Foster organizational success through effective stakeholder engagement, cost optimization, quality assurance, and mentorship of management and support teams
- Lead the operational, financial, and administrative performance of a high-volume portfolio of large-scale, complex community associations
- Act as the primary advisor to multi-member boards, guiding them through governance, legal compliance, and multi-year capital improvement planning
- Architect and oversee annual operating budgets and capital reserve funds
- Source and execute high-value, multi-site vendor contracts to optimize costs and ensure quality control across the portfolio
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior managers, association coordinators, and maintenance staff
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio-level HOA, condo, or community association management (CAM).
Strong executive presence with advanced financial acumen, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills.
Deep knowledge of community association law and capital reserve budgeting.
CMCA credential required; AMS or PCAM designations highly preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Schedule
